# Queue Health Monitoring

> Org-wide visibility into the draft-review backlog

**Queue Health Monitoring** gives org admins an org-wide view of the
draft-review backlog — across every domain, not just the ones an individual
reviewer is responsible for.

## Why it exists

The [Review Queue](/knowledge-base-review) is intentionally scoped to the
domains a given reviewer works in — that's the right default for actually
doing review work, but it means no single reviewer's queue shows the whole
picture, and an admin without a personal reviewer assignment sees an empty
queue there. Queue Health closes that gap: a read-only, org-wide view built
for admins to spot a growing or stuck backlog before it becomes a problem.

This page is read-only — there's no approve, deprecate, or escalation action
here, only the numbers. To act on a specific Document, use the
[Review Queue](/knowledge-base-review) page.

## Who can see it

This page is available to org admins only.

## What it shows

1. **Total backlog** — how many draft Documents are waiting for review,
   across every domain.
2. **Backlog by domain** — the same total broken down per domain, largest
   backlog first, so you can see where attention is most needed.
3. **Oldest unreviewed Documents** — the longest-waiting drafts, so you can
   quickly spot content that may need reviewer attention or reassignment.
