Why it exists
The Review Queue is intentionally scoped to the domains a given reviewer works in — that’s the right default for actually doing review work, but it means no single reviewer’s queue shows the whole picture, and an admin without a personal reviewer assignment sees an empty queue there. Queue Health closes that gap: a read-only, org-wide view built for admins to spot a growing or stuck backlog before it becomes a problem. - Total backlog — how many draft Documents are waiting for review, across every domain.
- Backlog by domain — the same total broken down per domain, largest backlog first, so you can see where attention is most needed.
- Oldest unreviewed Documents — the longest-waiting drafts, so you can quickly spot content that may need reviewer attention or reassignment.
